To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account.

3. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of any content you post on amon.lol. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on our platform.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to upload or share content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or promotes illegal activities.
  • Contains explicit adult content or extreme violence.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Is intended to harass, abuse, or threaten others.

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. Payments and Refunds

We offer a one-time lifetime "Pro" upgrade. This is not a subscription.

  • 14-Day Guarantee: If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • How to Refund: Request it via your Dashboard settings. If you have deleted your account, contact us via Discord.
  • Effect of Refund: Upon refund, Pro features will be removed from your profile immediately.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of amon.lol and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Service for your specific needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall amon.lol, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
